Did you hear the noise about “shift Security left” in the development cycle? I don’t know why security is all that important? Since my job is to create blazingly fast applications blazingly fast and deliver them, well, blazingly fast, all I need to secure are my passwords by using some password manager, serve my apps behind HTTPS (that green lock in the address bar), use latest and greatest frameworks, and that’s about it. Or is it?
