Today, it’s easy to jump straight into “vibe-coding” and let AI generate code from a rough idea. Sometimes it works. Often it doesn’t. The goal of this workshop is to show a more reliable approach.
Participants will go through a structured flow: from idea and analysis, to specification, and only then to implementation. Along the way, they will use AI agents in different roles and see how much the quality of the outcome depends on the quality of the input.
The workshop is not about learning a specific tool. It’s about understanding how to structure thinking and context so that AI can produce usable, predictable, and repeatable results. This approach is commonly referred to as spec-driven development.
No prior knowledge is required, and participants don’t need to bring their own laptops – everything will be provided.
