Joachim Gucker is a coder since 1977, Computer Scientist since 1993, COO since 2006 and CEO since 2018. He is a trusted advisor for many clients in the areas of modern SW Architectures, cloud transformation, AI and the modernization of organizational culture, mindset and IT systems. Joachim strongly prefers a holistic view on people, IT and organizations with all their stakeholders. Corporate responsibility and climate change are very important topics for him. With a keen eye on the world’s dramatic changes, he has long been a strong voice and driving force for European sovereignty, especially in the digital and IT domains. And when there is time left from family and work Joachim enjoys long-distance hiking, astrophysics, science fiction and music.
After more than a decade of close partnership with CROZ, he joined the team 2022 as managing director for its DACH business.
