Sanjin Bićanić is a Partner at Bain & Company and a leader in Bain’s AI Solutions practice. With more than a decade at Bain, he has led AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics engagements across strategy, capability building, and hands on technical use‑case development — spanning computer vision, propensity modeling, ML‑driven personalization, pricing, GenAI, and agentic AI.
Sanjin also leads Bain’s collaboration with OpenAI on product development for B2B Sales, Marketing, and Service Operations, and serves as a trusted advisor on AI/ML diligence for both venture and private equity, having supported over 100 engagements. Before joining Bain, he built his technical foundation as a software engineer in Silicon Valley.
