Hrvoje is an Engineering Manager and Security Practice Leader focused on building high-performing teams and delivering secure, scalable software solutions. He leads cross-functional teams and works closely with business and technology stakeholders to align engineering execution with real-world needs.
Within CROZ Security, he is responsible for shaping the security offering, with a focus on identity and access management and machine identities, as well as areas like post-quantum readiness, AI security, DevSecOps, and software supply chain security, with an emphasis on solutions that teams can realistically adopt in everyday engineering work.
