Panel discussion: Building Human–AI Collaboration Across Generations

AI is not transforming work on its own—people are. And across generations, those people approach AI in very different ways: some are constantly exploring and pushing boundaries, others are just entering the workforce with new expectations, and many are navigating the shift from established systems to entirely new paradigms.

As part of QED 2026 | COLLECTIVE, this panel explores how human–AI collaboration is perceived and experienced across different generations, roles, and levels of expertise. It looks at how the “Collective” is formed in practice—when frontier experimentation, early-career perspectives, and deep enterprise experience come together.

Because AI cannot lead the change—that responsibility lies with us.
