Annabelle has more than eight years of experience in the IT industry. Before joining CROZ in 2022, she worked for an AI start-up that developed an LLM for NLU purposes, where she was involved in various areas such as business development, project management, and marketing. She joined CROZ as a business analyst and product owner, and since has worked on projects in the areas of IT strategy, change management and application development. As sustainability is one of the matters close to her heart, she has also become one of two Sustainability Officers at CROZ DACH. This includes responsibilities such as the development and monitoring of a sustainability strategy, monitoring of ESG regulations in the EU, ESG reporting and the coordination of ESG related projects in CROZ.
