Joachim Gucker is a coder since 1977, Computer Scientist since 1993, COO since 2006 and CEO since 2018. He is a trusted advisor for many clients in the areas of modern SW Architectures, cloud transformation, AI and the modernization of organizational culture, mindset and IT systems. Joachim strongly prefers a holistic view on people, IT and organizations with all their stakeholders. Corporate responsibility and climate change are very important topics for him. And when there is time left from family and work Joachim enjoys long-distance hiking, astrophysics, science fiction and music.

After more than a decade of close partnership with CROZ, he joined the team 2022 as managing director for its DACH business.
