The events of the past two years have made an impact on how we think about using technology to drive business outcomes. We’ve learned, very vividly, that black swans actually exist. And some of us have learned a thing or two about what happens when technology becomes a constraint and prevents you from being resilient and flexible. But what have we learned about the future?
What new tools and thinking models should we use in building future-proof technology platforms? Do we even have the right ones now?
Some of the enterprises managed to survive the black swans without being seriously impacted. What have they done differently and how has their technology helped them survive? And finally, is there a role that our organizations and cultures play in this story?
