If you’ve been following us for the last couple of months, then we’re sure you’re already familiar with Paul Stovell. If not, then we’re here to give you a short rundown.
A software engineer by heart, Paul has been a mainstay figure in Agile for quite a while now. Back in 2010 he started Octopus Deploy a „weekend project“ turned large-scale company. Octopus has had a firm grasp in the industry on release management and deployment automation solution that’s here to alleviate all your delivery pains. Since their humble beginnings, the company has grown exponentially which has led to a trusting partnership, as well as Octopus becoming a gold sponsor for QED 2024.
When he’s not busy talking about bottlenecks in the software delivery process and dilligently running Octopus Deploy, Paul enjoys building things. Whether it’s smaller projects like building shelves or larger projects like refurnishing an old „Queenslander“ house, he’s always got something creative up his sleeve.
