Having started as a consultant in Finance & Controlling for Financial Services during the implementation phase of Solvency II, Christian Bachmann has constantly moved towards the implementation and auditing of new regulatory requirements in IT, especially in the financial services industry. After his time as an IT auditor at one of the Big Four auditing firms, he was able to deepen his knowledge in the areas of IT security, BCM and disaster recovery as an internal IT auditor at a global insurance group and successfully applied these in his last line instance as Local CISO for a medium-sized investment bank.
